cooking part 2

salam, hai~

i've made myself haejangguk (해장국). it's a traditional korean hangover soup. it;s not that i had lotsa beer or any alcoholic drinks last nyte. it's just the cold. it's killing me. headaches and stuffs. the only thing that crossed my mind is HAEJANGGUK. memandangkan kungnamool (taugehhhh) aje hangover soup yang halal, and the easiest one, i decided to make one.
so here it goes the recipe:

6cups of water
dried kelp (10x10, because i dont hv kelps at home, i used dried vege, can go lah)
anchovies (ikut suka)bean sprouts (two fistful)
one green pepper
1/2 tsp of garlic

senang, didihkan air ngan kelp and ikan bilis. bila dah mendidih, biarkan seminit. then angkat dried kelp ngan ikan bilis tu. kalau nak buang pon boleh. tapi saya sayang nak buang. so simpan sekejap. then masukkan pulak taugeh yang dah siap basuh, green pepper yang dah potong-potong (i buang biji cili sebab tak suka sangat pedas), garlic yang dah diketuk and garam ikut sesuka hati. suka masin letak banyak, tak bapa suka masin, letak sikit je dahlah, bagi ada rasa. then boil for 30 seconds. dried kelp ngan ikan bilis yang dah keluarkan tadi masukkan balik. dah siap. this is how it looks like.

cr to : my korean kitchen

how does it taste?
somehow pedas-pedas, masin sikit and it seriously refreshing. lega otak and kepala sekejap. i do like it. but the headache still comes back after few hours.

simple solution
makan jelah panadol, senang. serta merta ilang. :)
